Join us for a discussion about homelessness and what the commercial real estate industry is doing to help. Homelessness is a national concern, and the Twin Cities and Minnesota are no exception. The commercial real estate industry can, and does make a big impact on the homeless population. We’ll hear from three industry experts that are working to tackle this issue from slightly different angles.

Each of the panelists will discuss one of their organization’s recent projects, providing insight into the site selection and acquisition, planning, cost, funding, design, and impact of the project. They will also share the nature and extent of the challenges they experienced during development, and how they plan to measure the project’s success.
