The Twin Cities food and beverage market has been booming with unique trends that have made their way across the U.S. to our local food scene. Craft breweries and food trucks seem to be on every corner with new ones popping up all the time. Now, the food hall concept is the latest trend to hit this market with at least four in development or under construction now. Join us as we highlight female leaders and owners of a food truck, a craft brewery, and a food hall and learn how these concepts work together and differentiate themselves in an ever-changing Minnesota food and drink scene.
